Fireworks Displays Fireworks displays require a permit issued by the Brighton Township Board of Trustees. Non-permitted firework displays are not allowed within the Township. 2010 Water Quality Report for L.C.W.A. BRIGHTON AREA FIRE DEPARTMENT TO TEST TORNADO SIRENS Beginning in April, starting the first Saturday of each month, the sirens will be tested at 12:00 (noon). The test is intended to ensure the operational readiness of the equipment before the typical tornado season.
